Telehealth (Teladoc): Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This applies to Marketplace Members with this benefit.
Prescriptions: Call Community Health Choice.
Behavioral Health: If you are a Member or you are caring for a Member who is experiencing a life-threatening mental health emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room for help.
Community also provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support through our Behavioral Health Crisis Line. These numbers are also on the back of your ID card.
