Disaster Declaration – Effective date

Use this section ONLY if a disaster declaration is issued.

If your county was affected by Crisis, Members may be able to get early refills of your prescription drugs, replace lost or damaged medical equipment or be able to receive services out of network.

Behavioral Health: If you are a Member or you are caring for a Member who is experiencing a life-threatening mental health emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room for help.
